Like many coaches, my journey began with my own imbalance, misalignment and health struggles.
In my 20s, I was thriving in a corporate career in London—until the year that changed everything.
And for the first time, I truly understood how fragile our wellbeing is when we don’t prioritise it.
I chose post-traumatic growth
(I’d learn what this actually meant years later working with a therapist)
In 2019, my world shifted. Watching my Dad’s health decline just as he retired shook me—and pushed me to take control of the things I could change. It sparked a deep reevaluation of how I was living and what truly mattered to me.
I realised the life I’d built didn’t feel like me. I was burnt out, suffering from health issues, disconnected to my joy, and drowning in noise and an inner voice that just wouldn’t let up.
What I really wanted was presence, peace, purpose—a life that felt aligned.
So I chose to rewrite the narrative. To move through the pain. To grow. To transform—mind, body, and self. Even when I didn’t have a plan fully mapped out. It wasn’t always easy, but it was absolutely worth it.
Wellness isn’t about pushing through in silence, having the perfect life or never feeling out of flow or off balance
— it’s a devotion to showing up for yourself. Again. And again.
Our wellbeing requires us to be active participants.
It needs us to speak up, seek support, and find spaces where we feel safe, heard, and understood.
Sometimes our wellbeing and happiness needs us to be BOLD
A bold change for a more aligned life
I left the corporate world and construction industry—and the career I’d poured years into that was a safe bet in many ways—because my wellbeing journey called for something bigger. Because I wanted to be happy and healthy and I knew the path wasn’t in that life I’d built. Not every transformation needs a drastic shift, but mine did.
I said goodbye to London, craving green space, nature, and a slower pace (and a dog). Coaching was already on my radar, but I didn’t yet know what it would become.
What began as a short career break turned into something longer. Something wildly different than I’d imagined. I spent that time supporting my family and myself through the loss of my Dad and navigating the chaos of a global pandemic. It was a time of deep personal healing.
I immersed myself in holistic health and rebuilt my relationship with my mind, body—and self. I redefined what wellbeing meant for me, and in doing so, found a way of living that felt aligned and allowed me to show up as me. The Unfiltered Me. Not the version of me I thought I had to be.
Now, I help others do the same.
Through my own transformation and passion for wellbeing, I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach.
I help others break free from what’s holding them back and experience the freedom that comes with being their most authentic self and learning how to make their own wellbeing a priority in a world that often demands otherwise.
My coaching goes beyond surface-level change—I guide you to reconnect with yourself, trust in your ability to grow through the ups and downs, and create transformative sustainable wellbeing in Mind – Body – Self.
